Quarterly Clean Ups Done Right!
Our standard Quarterly Clean Up includes a full or partial landscape cleanup which includes the following services as needed:
- Weed all beds.
- Prune and trim all shrubs as needed.
- Clean all debris out of the beds.
- Create a new edge in the landscape beds where there is no stone border.
- Clean out all gravel areas.
- Straighten the landscape stone borders as needed.
- Fix any grading or wash out areas in beds as needed.
These services would be provided at additional charge!
- Replace dead bushes
- Plant new seasonal flowers
- We mulch all beds
We make sure that all hard surfaces after work is completed is cleaned up before leaving job site.
Overseed – Winter Rye
Over seeding Winter Rye is only done from September 15 through October, and it requires that we scalp the entire lawn; please note, we offer several seed options. We only use premium Rye seed and typically recommend Lesco’s Eagle Blend Rye seed for a dark slow-growing lawn.
Leaf Removal
This service includes picking up and removing all leaves in the yard and flower beds. We generally recommend this service be scheduled at the same time the lawn is mowed. By mowing and bagging the leaves we can typically reduce the time involved in manually removing the leaves from your lawn.
Lawn Mowing Service
Our standard lawn maintenance and lawn care service includes mowing the entire yard, line trimming (weedeating) around all trees, posts, fencing, etc. We edge all sidewalks, patios and driveways with a blade edger and clean up all trimmings. We use mulching mowers, as it is much better for the lawn.
We will be happy to provide an estimate the same day you call. We only offer full service lawn care on a set schedule, and you won’t need to remember to notify us to change the schedule as the seasons change. We do that automatically! Every year the grass grows at different rates so we will change with the season. Rest assured you will only be charged for the times that we mow your yard. Of course, if you desire a clean cut yard all year round we offer that as well.
