Within 24 business hours, your designer will call to discuss your ideas, lifestyle, and how you plan to use your outdoor space. This conversation helps bring your vision into focus.

• On-Site Consultation
  Your designer visits your property for a detailed, 3–5 hour session to measure, take photos, and draw a concept based on your goals. Please have your property survey ready. All decision-makers join at the end of the meeting to review the initial 2D concept and discuss an initial estimate. Larger projects may require a two-part meeting, with your design revealed at our office.
• Design Retainer
  At the end of your consultation, you’ll place a design retainer that reflects your project’s scope—typically ranging from $2,500 to $6,000. This investment confirms your commitment and allows your designer to move forward with a detailed plan.
• Plan Reveal
  You’ll meet at our office to see your 3D master plan and understand exactly how your new space will look and function. You’ll receive a 3D video walkthrough and a detailed proposal with up to two revisions included. Your proposal price is guaranteed, meaning we will cover any cost associated with things we might have missed. This transparent approach helps you make confident decisions about scope and budget.

Once your plan feels right, you’ll approve the proposal and place a 10% deposit to secure your spot on our construction schedule. You’ll start receiving simple weekly updates so you always know what’s happening next while our team prepares plans, handles utilities/permits and HOAs, secures materials, and crews.

• Pre-Construction Meeting
  Before work begins, you’ll meet with your designer to review the plans on-site together. This meeting sets clear expectations, covers logistics, finalizes materials, and notes any special requests. Your project manager will now become your daily contact, while your designer stays involved for design questions.
• Installation
  Your project is built by our trained, employee-based crew who handle every aspect—from landscape and irrigation to lighting and hardscapes. Job sites stay clean with daily material removal, respectful of you and your property, and organized to minimize the disruption for you and your neighbors. You can expect consistent communication and will meet with your project manager throughout the build to review progress.
• Final Walkthrough
  When construction wraps up, you and your project manager walk the property together, review the completed work, show you where things are located and how they function, and note any final details. Once everything meets your expectations, we finalize your project, confirm warranty details, discuss options for ongoing care, and schedule your 90 day check-in.

About 90 days after installation, we will return to check plant health, fine-tune irrigation/lighting, and confirm that everything is performing as expected. With ongoing service and seasonal tune-ups, your landscape stays healthy and beautiful year after year. In select areas when an installation is paired with a qualified maintenance program, your project qualifies for our Lifetime Warranty, protecting your investment and giving you confidence that your landscape will look and function for life.
